These terms govern your use of runaindia.com and any purchases made through the site. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

Made-to-Order Pretline

Pretline and bridal commissions are made specifically for you and cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged once production has begun.

Returns

Ready-to-wear pieces may be returned within 14 days of receipt, in unworn condition with original packaging and tags. Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.

Intellectual Property

All designs, photography and content on this site are the property of Runa India and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
